PROGRAM VISITATION
AND PARENT CONFERENCES
You are encouraged to visit the classroom at any time.
Parent/Teacher conferences may be scheduled periodically
to report the progress of a child. Parents are encouraged
to bring problems regarding their child to the attention of
the teacher or Director for discussion. All discussions
remain confidential.
If you wish to schedule a conference other than those
conducted during the school year, please contact your
child’s teacher.
Records will be maintained for each child regarding
significant levels in the child’s progress throughout the year.
Your child’s record is available for you to see upon request.
SCHOOL SPONSORED FUNCTIONS
Occasionally, we will hold an Open House or other such
school-sponsored functions. These activities will allow
parents to become more familiar with the activities your
child takes part in at our Center. The children love to
“perform” for their family and friends and we encourage you
to take advantage of these opportunities.
