ENROLLMENT
The following is necessary for enrollment and must be
completed before starting the program:
1. Completed Enrollment Form
2. Completed Health Record
3. Registration Fee Paid
4. Financial Agreement Form Signed
5. Current T.B. test with negative results
TUITION AND FEES
1. Registration fee is payable at the time of registration and
is non-refundable.
2. Tuition is due the first of the week/month in advance
unless arrangements are made with the Director.
3. A $5 fee will be assessed if your fee is not paid on time.
4. Tuition must be paid by cash, check, or money order.
5. A $15 fee will be charged on each returned check.
Pre-school fees are calculated on an annual basis and
divided into equal monthly payments.
FULL-TIME CARE
(Weekly fee – due on Monday)
Annual Registration Fee – $100.00
Weekly Fee – $110.00
PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES
(Monthly fee)
Annual Registration Fee – $100.00
Tuesday/Thursday Class – $125.00
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Class – $140.00
Monday – Friday Class – $190.00
AFTER-SCHOOL CARE
(Monthly fee)
Registration Fee (for school year) – $75.00
Monthly Fee – $105.00
Ask about our discount for the second child in a family.
Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and divided into
equal monthly payments.
NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN FOR
SICKNESS, VACATION, OR OTHER ABSENCE.
